We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance questions by phone and email.

Your Tasks

• ? Help with policy cancellations
• ? Support insurance brokers with their inquiries
• ? Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls
• ? Stay calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns
