Help people build their online presence!

You’ll support users of a popular
- building platform that helps businesses, bloggers, and creatives design and grow their websites.

Your Tasks

• Support users by chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues with the platform
• Explain features and how to use them
• Work with other teams to fix complex technical problems
• Stay updated on new tools and platform changes
• Share user feedback to help improve the service

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in German and good level of English, both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Knowledge or excitement about digital marketing or web design
• Strong
  - solving skills with a calm attitude
• At least 1+ year of customer service experience
• Stable job history
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
