Help people build their online presence!

You’ll support users of a popular
- building platform that helps businesses, bloggers, and creatives design and grow their websites.

Your Tasks

1. Support users by chat, email, and phone
2. Troubleshoot issues with the platform
3. Explain features and how to use them
4. Work with other teams to fix complex technical problems
5. Stay updated on new tools and platform changes
6. Share user feedback to help improve the service

What We’re Looking For

1. Proficiency in German and good level of English, both written and spoken
2. You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
3. You know or are excited about digital marketing or web design
4. You are a strong
   - solver with a calm attitude
5. You have 1+ year of customer service experience
6. You have a stable job history
7. Excellent communication skills
8. You work well independently and manage your time
