Join Our Team in Porto as a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent!

What you’ll do

• Be the first point of contact – Support German-speaking customers with their questions.
• Assist with digital services – Help customers with phone banking IDs, T-PINs, and app setup.
• Promote solutions – Present products and services in a
  - friendly,
  - oriented way.
• Boost campaigns – Support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  
  

• You speak German fluently (C1/C2 level).
• You enjoy helping customers and solving issues with a smile.
• You have a
