What you’ll do

• ? Be the first point of contact – Support German‑speaking customers with their questions.
• ? Assist with digital services – Help customers with phone banking IDs, T‑PINs, and app setup.
• ? Promote solutions – Present products and services in a customer‑friendly, sales‑oriented way.
• ? Boost campaigns – Support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Who you are

• You speak German fluently (C1/C2 level) + a good level of English.
• You enjoy helping customers and solving issues with a smile.
• You have a sales‑minded approach – you like to inform and advise.
• You are tech‑savvy and comfortable guiding people through digital tools.
