Requirements:

• Native or fluent German speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong
  - solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
