German Customer Service

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Starting Date: 8th May 2025

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. If you have experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design and are passionate about these areas, this is the perfect role for you!

Job Type:

• On-site

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: Rotative shifts between 06:00 AM 10:00 PM
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Commuting Support: Uber rides reimbursed up to 25. 00 for early shifts starting at 06:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support while ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Assist customers with queries related to digital marketing and/or web design.
• Uphold high professional standards and work collaboratively within the team.

Salary & Benefits

• 1, 100 gross per month, paid over 14 months per year.
• 180 gross per month, paid over 12 months per year.

Total Monthly Gross Salary:

• Combining salary and allowance: 1, 280 gross per month.

Welcome Bonus:

• Earn a 3, 000 Welcome Bonus upon successfully joining the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Prior experience or knowledge in digital marketing/web design (mandatory).
• Enthusiasm and passion for the fields of marketing and design.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills.
