Job Description
As a Customer Service German Speaker, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction delivers a positive experience. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Identify and escalat[e] complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed
- Achieve and exceed customer service performance targets
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German speaker
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a
- paced environment - Strong
- solving and organizational skills - Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
