About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a renowned German bank partnership! Youll support customers by handling inquiries about bank accounts, partnership benefits, and the rewards programmaking each interaction easy and positive.

• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
• Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 1, 100 gross/month paid 14 times a year
• Performance Bonus: 100/month (paid 12 times annually)
• Sign-On Bonus: 2, 000 for all Work-at-Home (WAH) projects
• Transport Allowance: Not provided

Your Day-to-Day

• Handle inbound
  - related queries for a German bank account
• Answer questions about bank partnerships and the rewards program
• Deliver solutions with a friendly, professional tone
• Ensure a

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (minimum B2)
• Service-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Resident in Portugal or eligible to work remotely from Portugal
