German Customer Service Representative - Lisbon
We are looking for motivated German-speaking professionals to join a
- growing international customer support team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely assistance while contributing to the improvement of processes and overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
- Manage inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to company standards while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer interactions to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and
- solving skills. - Ability to work in a
- paced environment and meet deadlines. - Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer support or
- office operations is a plus.
