Are you fluent in German and seeking a remote role focused on Customer Service for a leading German brand? Join a

- quality service to our German-speaking clients and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions using
  - depth product knowledge
• Handle complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency
• Ensure a smooth, positive, and memorable customer experience from start to finish
• Promote additional services and offers where appropriate
