Your Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions using
  - depth product knowledge
• Handle complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency
• Ensure a smooth, positive, and memorable customer experience from start to finish
• Promote additional services and offers where appropriate

Who We're Looking For:

• Native-level or fluent German speaker (spoken and written)
• Intermediate level of English
• Previous experience in customer service is a big plus
• Strong communication and

• Comfortable working in shift patterns
• Must be living in Portugal
