We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Consultant with sales superpowers to join our fantastic team. Your mission: You will be responsible for managing "retention goal" phone contacts with customers. Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty. Advising customers on all services and offers. Requirements: Native or fluent German + English (preferable) Good communication skills Contact center environment experience Sales/ Retention experience What we offer you: Direct and permanent contract with the client.
