What you’ll do
- Handle incoming requests via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system, following up on open cases until resolution.
- Provide accurate updates and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify sales opportunities, achieve quarterly goals, and contribute to overall team performance.
- Capture all required data in compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
You’re the perfect fit if you
- Speak German (native level) and English (B2).
- Have experience in customer support or contact center environments (mandatory).
- Bring a sales mindset and enjoy engaging with customers to find solutions.
- Are detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
