What You'll Do

• Handle customer interactions in German, providing accurate and friendly support.
• Solve technical issues using the projects tools, scripts, and knowledge base.
• Document interactions and keep system notes up to date.
• Flag patterns or recurring problems to the team to improve processes.

• Fluency in German.

• Great communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn fast and work with technical information.
