German Customer Service Specialist
About The Role
This position is ideal for tech‑savvy people who enjoy digging into issues and making users feel supported. You'll be part of a global project helping German‑speaking users with search‑engine‑related questions and technical tasks.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer interactions in German, providing accurate and friendly support.
- Solve technical issues using the project’s tools, scripts, and knowledge base.
- Document interactions and keep system notes up to date.
- Flag patterns or recurring problems to the team to improve processes.

Schedule
Monday‑Friday (08:00‑20:00, rotational) + weekends (08:00‑17:00, rotational). Two days off per week.
Location
Lisbon, on‑site.
This role requires valid authorization to work in the EU. Candidates must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card at the time of application.
