• Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product, pricing, and availability;
• Record specific details and ensure actions are taken on each case;
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs;
• Data entry across various platforms;
• Apply upselling and
  - selling techniques;
• Keep clients informed about the company's innovations;
• Act as an ambassador for the company.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and fluency in German communication;
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work;
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality is valued;
