The offer:
- Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype, and chat;
- Maintain partnerships and utilize upselling opportunities;
- Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product, pricing, and availability;
- Record specific details and ensure actions are taken on each case;
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs;
- Data entry across various platforms;
- Apply upselling and
- selling techniques; - Keep clients informed about the company's innovations;
- Act as an ambassador for the company.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and fluency in German communication;
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work;
- Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality is valued;
