Job Description:

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of customer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2 level or native);
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level);
• Typing speed: 20 words per minute.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience or contact with clients.
• Good listening and empathy skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract.
• Airport
  - up and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal.
