Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: 1100 per 14 months

Performance Bonus: 135 per 12 months

Complexity Bonus: 120 per 11 months

As a Customer Support Associate, you will provide accurate information, guide customers through their questions, and help maintain a high standard of service. You will join a multicultural and energetic team representing a global brand.

Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational)

Saturday and Sunday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Days Off: Two rotational days

• German C1 minimum
