Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our remote team. This position is open to candidates based in Porto, Portugal. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone regarding products, services, and general questions.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
• Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure excellent customer experience.

Working Schedule

• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday within the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Occasional availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required.
• Two rotating days off per week.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in German (native or
  - native level).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rotating schedules.
• Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
