Role Overview
As an E‑Commerce Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver seamless online shopping experiences, guiding customers with clear, friendly written communication. You’ll handle issues, meet performance targets, and continually improve processes in a tech‑driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through chat and email with accurate, professional, and empathetic responses.
- Follow SOPs to resolve issues efficiently or elevate them when needed.
- Meet performance targets, including quality standards and SLAs.
- Keep up with product changes, platform updates, and best practices via regular training.
- Stay customer‑focused, offering straightforward solutions and sharing feedback to improve processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (C1 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Desire to learn and advance in the field.
