Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers through chat and email with accurate, professional, and empathetic responses
- Follow SOPs to solve issues efficiently or elevate when needed

- Keep up with product changes, platform updates, and best practices through regular training
- Stay

Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
