• Assist customers via chat and email, ensuring responses are accurate, professional, and empathetic.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve concerns or appropriately escalated cases.
• Consistently meet performance expectations, including quality metrics and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay informed about product updates, platform improvements, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C1 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
