Role Overview
You’ll support users exclusively through chat and email – no phone calls involved. As an E‑Commerce Customer Support Specialist, you’ll deliver smooth, efficient, and positive online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via chat and email, ensuring responses are accurate, professional, and empathetic.
- Adhere to SOPs to resolve concerns or appropriately escalates cases.
- Consistently meet performance expectations, including quality metrics and SLAs.
- Stay informed about product updates and platform improvements through ongoing training.
- Maintain a customer‑centric mindset, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Offer feedback and share insights to help optimize workflows and improve the overall customer journey.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (C1 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
