Job Description:

We are looking for German customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon. If you are looking for stability, to work in a

Qualifications:

• Native or near native German
• A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
• Team player and open minded
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills
• Proactive, dynamic and motivated
• Non-European candidates need a work permit

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat and/or
  - mail
• Provide active listening and empathy
• Support and manage customer issues
• Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests
