What you’ll do

You will be providing CX Customer (back-office) Support experience for a Streaming video platform.

Channels: Dual Chat and
- mail

Work from the Office - Onsite

Location: Alcântara / Lacs Conde D'Óbidos / Lisbon

Key responsibilities

• Customer Support for monetization purposes
• Understand and remain up to date with client’s policies and guidelines
• Support with Account and Settings
• Policy, Safety and Copyright management

Skills you have

• Native German speaking level
• Excellent command of English
• Multi-tasking ability
• A high stress resistance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and oral
• Proactive attitude and strong

• Strongly organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills as well as being able to understand that an Operation is an

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard
