Ready to embrace a new adventure? We are looking for fluent Italian speakers with a good English level, to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What We Are Looking For In a Candidate

• Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Italian and have a good English level (B2)
• Good communication and soft skills

What You Will Have To Do

• Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities.
• Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
• Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals.
