German Customer Support
Position: Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer questions and executing orders during the first contact across the entire Service Retail.
- Assist with phone banking ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app setup.
- Card blocking, unblocking, and exchange; recording phishing cases.
- Accepting payment transaction orders.
- Providing product information.
- Recording complaints.
- As needed, selling products/services (currently not active).
Requirements:
- Proficient in German (C1+).
- Conversational English skills (B1+).
- Willingness to resolve even difficult cases on the first contact.
- Ability to work under stress.
