About The Role

Support users of diabetes medical devices by providing clear, accurate and empathetic assistance all remotely from anywhere in Portugal. You'll help with device usage, orders, troubleshooting and general product questions.

Requirements

• German C1+
• English communication skills
• Based in Portugal or open to relocation
• EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse or valid visa
