Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist in Medical Technology

Responsibilities

• ? Support patients with care & empathy – Provide
  - class customer and technical assistance for diabetes devices.
• ? Troubleshoot & guide – Help patients with device usage and solve technical issues via calls, email, chat, or SMS.
• ? Manage orders & renewals – Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and compliance with medical guidelines.
• ? Follow procedures – Apply scripts and protocols to guarantee safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• ? Fluent in German + C1 level English.
• ? Able to support multiple markets at once.
• ? Experience in healthcare or technical support is a plus.
• ? Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is an advantage.
• ? Excellent communicator with strong customer service orientation.
• ? Quick learner with the ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
• ? Detail-oriented, organized, and a

• ? Stress-resistant with a calm and empathetic approach in sensitive situations.
