Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Pro, your role will be dynamic and impactful, involving:

1. Building Connections: Reach out to new and existing clients through calls and emails, uncovering opportunities to boost their success.
2. Driving Growth: Manage a portfolio of small business clients, helping them thrive by increasing their revenue through tailored strategies.
3. Market Expertise: Dive deep into industry trends, market dynamics, and client business models to provide insightful recommendations.
4. Customized Solutions: Identify opportunities and craft personalized advertising solutions to help clients achieve their unique goals.
5. Ongoing Partnership: Engage proactively with clients, tracking product performance, sharing insights, and tuning strategies for maximum impact.
6. Becoming a Specialist: Master our client’s advertising tools and offerings to deliver
   - edge solutions and guidance.

Requirements

1. Sales Experience or related: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
2. Passion for advertising and sales.
3. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
4. Skilled in delivering impactful client presentations backed by data.
5. C2 level of German.
6. Quick learner, adaptable, and
   - oriented.
7. Organized, punctual, and
   - driven.
