Help protect an
- commerce platform from fraud and financial loss. Be the hero behind secure transactions and happy customers!

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions to catch suspicious activity
• Use smart tools & alerts to detect fraud
• Investigate cases & document everything clearly
• Analyze losses & help build better
  - prevention strategies
• Follow AML, KYC, and internal compliance rules
• Support in improving fraud detection systems
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance & Customer Service teams
• Share findings in clear reports with the team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in
  - commerce fraud OR customer service
• Investigative mindset (bonus if you’ve worked with fraud, abuse, or cybercrime)
• Super
  - oriented & organized
• Great at gathering and connecting info from multiple sources
• A quick learner who takes initiative
• Problem-solver with a focus on results
• Calm under pressure, good with disputes
• Works with care and focus
• Comfortable using Word & Excel
