A global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology is looking for Customer Care & Technical Support Specialists to join their team in Portugal. The company designs, manufactures, and sells advanced automated insulin delivery systems that reduce the burden of diabetes management and create new possibilities for patients, their loved ones, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care and technical support for life‑changing medical devices across European markets.
• Guide patients on product usage via calls, email, chat, and SMS.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting for insulin delivery systems and accessories.
• Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Use active listening and empathy to support customers in sensitive situations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, French, or Italian (spoken, listening, and written) + B2 level English.
• Ability to support multiple markets.
• Healthcare or technical support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle disputes with empathy and professionalism.

Schedule & Working Hours

• 5 days/week, 8 hours/day between 07:00–22:00 (Rotating Shifts).
• Occasional Night Shift (22:00–07:00) rotation.
• 2 rotating days off/week.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross monthly salary (14x/year): €1000–€1100.
• Health Insurance.
• Relocation Package for international hires: Room in a shared apartment, flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months.

Important: A valid work permit/residence card for Portugal is required for non‑EU candidates. (VISA sponsorship is not available. )
