What You'll Do:

• Onboard new clients and support them in launching their first campaigns
• Act as a trusted consultant and identify customer needs and advertising goals
• Drive upsells, campaign optimization, and customer retention
• Handle a high volume of calls to support clients with their digital strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level German (C2) and
  - level English
• 1-2 years experience in sales or online marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and
  - oriented attitude
