Your Job

Backoffice Support - Join our team and support legal processes behind the scenes — no direct customer contact!

Responsibilities

- Work with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs)

- Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected

- Handle communications with NEBs in different countries

- Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations

- Help resolve legal matters before they go to court

Qualifications

- Fluent in German, both written and spoken

- Good English skills (B2 level)

- Attention to detail

- Organized and reliable

- Strong written communication skills

- Comfortable working with legal and government bodies

- International mindset and teamwork skills
