Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Marketing Optimization Specialist in Lisbon

Our client is a leading professional services company, transforming clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.

The main purpose of the role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

The team will work onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company, responding to client leads and supporting project success. Extensive training will be provided to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced, and
- driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising clients;
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support optimization strategies;
• Apply optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities within accounts to help sales teams and facilitate client and agency conversations;
• Maintain understanding of departmental processes and policies;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (preferably native);
• Experience in environments such as BPO, client service, account management, content moderation, or sales;
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
• Good work ethic with the ability to work independently and in teams;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply new product and process knowledge;
