Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Marketing Optimization Specialist in Lisbon

Our client is a leading professional services company, transforming clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.

The role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization on client projects. You will be part of a multilingual,
- facing team.

The team will work onsite with internal teams for a major online multinational company, responding to client leads and supporting project success. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising clients;
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at the account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support optimization strategies;
• Apply optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, GSN, Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities to assist sales teams and engage with agencies and clients;
• Understand departmental processes and policies thoroughly;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation in operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (preferably native);
• Experience in a client service environment (BPO, account management, content moderation, or sales);
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills;
• Good work ethic, able to work independently and in teams;
• Technologically savvy, quick to learn and apply new product and process knowledge;
• Passion for excellence and commitment to quality customer service;
