What you’ll do

• ✅ Process customer orders quickly and accurately ? ✉
• ✅ Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies ?
• ✅ Apply daily customer payments ?
• ✅ Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices ⏰
• ✅ Resolve or escalate customer queries ?
• ✅ Assist with reconciliations, month/quarter‑end closings, & audits ?
• ✅ Keep customer master data updated in ERP ?

Who you are

• ? Fluent in German + C1 level English.
• ? Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• ? 1+ year in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Ops.
• ? Solid accounting knowledge & analytical mindset.
• ? Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables = big plus).
• ? ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Net
  Suite preferred).
• ? Detail‑oriented, organized & customer‑focused.
• ? Nice to have: 2–5 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations.
