About the Role

We are seeking a Senior O2C Specialist fluent in German to join our clients financial operations team in Porto. This role is fully

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1, 500 gross x 14 months
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 net per working day
• Transport Allowance: Not provided
• Welcome Bonus (German): 3, 000 gross paid in 12 monthly instalments (starting from hires on 1 September 2025 onwards) during the first year of employment.
  • Condition: Monthly payment is contingent on maintaining unjustified absenteeism below 6% in the previous month.
  • Note: This bonus is conditional and should not be presented as part of the fixed salary package.

Relocation Package & Flight Reimbursement

• Airfare Reimbursement: For hires before 1 December 2025 up to 400 (Economy class), paid at the end of the 6th month of the contract.
• Accommodation (for relocations from outside Portugal):
  • Shared apartment for up to 12 months
  • Rent: 280 per month (utilities included), deducted directly from payslip.
• Important: For hires from 1 December 2025 onwards, flight reimbursement will no longer be offered. Accommodation remains available for relocating candidates, with the same rent conditions.
