Job Overview

Help customers book unforgettable cruises and provide
- notch support before and after their trips. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely from Porto, Portugal, in a vibrant and scenic city.

Your Tasks

1. Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents.
2. Sell cruise packages and suggest
   - ons (cross-sell & upsell).
3. Support with bookings and
   - booking questions.
4. Provide information about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more.
5. Assist travel agents with managing bookings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales is essential.
• Background in tourism or travel agencies is a big plus.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong digital skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
