As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll support customers in German by answering questions and helping them use our payment products.

Your Tasks

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Help merchants with their products, services, and account questions
• Work closely with other teams like Sales and Marketing
• Suggest ways to make our customer service better and smoother
• Document cases and feedback clearly
  
  

• You speak German fluently and have a good level of English
• You’re confident using smartphones, tablets, and computers
• You’re friendly, patient, and love talking to people
• You’re curious, like solving problems, and don’t give up easily
• You stay calm and organized, even when it gets busy
• You care deeply about making customers happy
• Experience in a contact center or support team is a plus
