Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English speaking candidates for a role Rental Billing Officer in Oeiras.
Descrição/Funções
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Customer rental billing;
- Issue manual invoices to customer (EDI, PDF, paper, . . . );
- Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested;
- Process manual credit memos;
- Submit invoices;
- Create andupdate the customer master file and contact with information.
Requisitos
Key Skills
- Fluent in English;
- Strong team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Fast processing
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Experience in use of MS Office
- Good communication skills, proactive and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
