As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Communicate friendly and efficiently with customers and provide relevant information
• Be responsible for dealing with property damage issues
• Handle sensitive issues reported during or after reservations
• Analyze customer situations and assess property features
• Work proactively and independently to meet targets and goals

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of German (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills – excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Background in mediation, dispute, or conflict resolution is a plus
• Desire to learn and advance, be curious, investigate, and solve problems
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (Work on site)
