Summary/Objective
The Sales Account Manager-ELV Solution executes sales strategy, initiates contact with existing and potential customers, identifies needs and sells appropriate merchandise to meet those needs. The person in this position also identifies new prospects and manages the sales cycle according to
- upon timetables, brings profitable revenues from products, projects, and services sales, and identifies the resources, components, and equipment needed to implement a sale. The Sales Account Manager is also strict on timely execution of sales contracts
Tasks
- Manage assigned accounts.
- Calls prospective customers and establishes buying cycles, customer needs, and creates a
- supplier relationship. - Increases sales in respective accounts.
- Prepares sales information for customers.
- Establishes buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts.
- Visits clients and prospects in order to present companies Systems product portfolio.
- Produces and provides presentations to clients and prospects on the product portfolio, company profile, executive overviews etc. as part of the contract management process.
- Generates proposals, maintenance contracts and sales contracts for clients and prospects.
- Builds project sales content and sales cycle plans in order to prepare, report progress and manages the sales cycle of contracts.
- Prepares
- qualification documents, both standards as well as RFP’s specific questionnaires. - Identifies all resources needed to implement sales. Issues internal requests for components, software, parts and equipment needed as part of sales. Identifies staff qualified to implement a sale and assign agendas to the project.
- Prepares a profit report for every contract submitted to the Sales Director for acceptance.
- Report all client contacts in the CRM System of PSS not later than 1 working day of contact.
- Inform the sales administrator one day ahead of time on the planned visits to be made.
- Attend staff meetings during which current activities must be reported.
- Generate visit reports within 1 working day from date of visit.
- Generate new clients.
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4-8 years of experience selling ELV, Physical security solutions across Governments and large enterprise accounts in UAE.
- Native Arabic speaker highly preferred.
