Join us in beautiful Lisbon as a Seller Support Representative. We’re looking for a Seller's Customer Support Representative to support one of the world’s most exciting social commerce platforms. You’ll help sellers grow, succeed, and feel confident in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers with technical platform questions (listings, payments, dashboards)
• Clarify operational procedures around shipping, returns, policies & compliance
• Educate sellers on best practices and platform tools to boost performance
• Make outbound calls to offer personalized support and business insights
• Analyze seller performance and recommend strategies to increase their success
• Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, logistics, policy) to offer seamless support

Qualifications

• German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management or customer success
• A commercial mindset and ability to influence
  - ' success
• Empathy and calmness when handling
  - sensitive or sensitive concerns
• Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
• Goal-driven — with a proven track record of meeting support or sales KPIs
• Comfortable using CRM platforms (like Salesforce or Zendesk), Excel or Google Sheets
