4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and follow up.
5. Identify ongoing issues and work on reducing complaints and escalations.
6. Follow established procedures to ensure quality service.
7. Engage with sellers to build

8. Support
   - hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Native or proficient German (C2 level).
• Intermediate English (at least B2 level).
• Ability to adapt to software systems.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work
  - site in Sete Rios, Lisbon.
• Availability for shifts from 9 am to 9 pm UTC+1, Monday to Sunday.
