Job Description:

Are you fluent in German and want to work for the leading BPO worldwide? You will use your skills as a content moderator agent, supporting our clients in different areas of social media. You'll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

Responsibilities:

1. Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
2. Review, audit, and moderate content from the end customer and copyright.
3. Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media rules.
4. Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures, and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.
5. Act as a central point of moderation among Social Media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and
   - dependent policies in an evolving environment.
6. Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
   - critical nature.

Requirements:

• Fluent, verbal, and written in German (C1 or C2).
• Fluent, verbal and written in English (B2).
• Availability to work in rotative shifts (24/7).
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced,
  - production work environment.
• Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively.
