Als Content Moderator spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim Schutz der Nutzer und der Integrität unserer Plattform. Sie sichten, bewerten und ergreifen Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass Inhalte den Richtlinien entsprechen. Ihre Aufgaben

• Überprüfung und Analyse von gemeldeten oder hochgeladenen Inhalten (Text, Bild und Video) anhand festgelegter Richtlinien.
• Entscheidung über die Einhaltung der Community-Standards und das Ergreifen geeigneter Maßnahmen (Löschung, Kennzeichnung, etc. ).
• Präzise Dokumentation aller Überprüfungsentscheidungen und der Gründe dafür.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Verbesserung der Richtlinien und Prozesse.

Ihr Profil

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau).
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, schnelle, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
• Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, mit grafischen und emotional belastenden Inhalten professionell umzugehen.

Was wir bieten

Details zur Relocation

• Unterkunft: Wir bieten ein Relocation‑Paket, das die Unterbringung in einer Wohngemeinschaft (Shared Accommodation) für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten umfasst.
• Flüge: Die Rückerstattung von Flugtickets ist ab dem 1.  Dezember 2024 nicht mehr vorgesehen. Wir unterstützen weiterhin beim Umzug via bereitgestelltem Relocation‑Code.

Your Mission

As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a key role in protecting users and the integrity of our platform. You will screen, evaluate, and take action on online content to ensure compliance with policy guidelines. Please note: This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring high resilience and emotional strength.

Your Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing reported or uploaded content (text, image, and video) against set guidelines.
• Making decisions regarding compliance with community standards and taking appropriate action (deletion, flagging, etc. ).
• Accurately documenting all review decisions and the reasoning behind them.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve policies and processes.

Your Profile

• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Good English skills are a advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• High emotional fortitude and the ability to handle challenging content professionally.

• Daily Meal Allowance of 7. 63 € per working day.
• Welcome Bonus (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment, conditional on an attendance threshold).

• Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shift model, Monday to Sunday (e. g. , 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, 10:30 PM–7:30 AM).

Relocation Details

• Accommodation: We offer a relocation package that includes shared accommodation for a period of 12 months. Rent is covered with utility bills deducted directly from the payslip.
• Flights: Effective December 1st, 2024, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided. We continue to offer the relocation code/support.
