Are you someone who thrives on communication, enjoys
- office tasks and loves working with a diverse range of customers?

If so, we want you on the Customer Support Team for the German/Swiss Market!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Register and follow Book of orders;
2. Answer incoming queries from customers by phone and email;
3. Be the point of contact between the client and the logistics department;
4. Ensure all documents from production to sales are up to date;
5. Record data in the CRM system (samples request, claims management, etc);

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German (C1) and good level of English (B2);
• A good understanding of SAP and Excel (desirable);
• Customer
  - oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and growing;
• A team player who also values independent work.
• Currently living in Portugal;
