Position: Travel Agent

Location: remote, Portugal or hybrid, Lisbon (candidate's discretion)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist travelers with
   -
   - class personalized support
2. Solve issues with travel or
   - related help, including platform queries and emergency situations
3. Stay updated on travel industry and platform knowledge to deliver excellent service
4. Build meaningful relationships across global teams
5. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for improvements
6. Meet and exceed KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Native/fluent in German (oral and written); fluent in English (B2 or higher)
2. Experience in customer service, especially in travel and hotel segments
3. Mandatory experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan)
4. Metrics-driven mindset
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Team player with collaborative attitude
7. Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and
   - house travel platforms
8. Flexible to work
   - traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
9. Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07 AM - 10 PM, rotating schedules
