Own Your Success
This role isn’t about waiting for leads to land on your desk—it’s about taking full ownership of building your pipeline from the ground up. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the DACH region, engaging with C-level
- makers, and turning prospects into
- term customers.
We equip you with the resources, knowledge, and an assigned Business Development Representative (BDR) to make your efforts successful. 90% of your pipeline will come from outbound efforts, with only 10% inbound leads. That means proactivity,
- discipline, and a hunter mentality are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage your own sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing
- value opportunities in the DACH market from scratch
Be the first point of contact for prospects, engaging with CTOs, CISOs, and other key
- makers
Conduct compelling
- based product demos and lead prospects through the entire sales cycle—from first touch to signed contract
Drive negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals with confidence
Collaborate with your assigned BDR (1:1 ratio) to create a strong outbound sales strategy
Maintain an
- heavy approach (90% outbound, 10% inbound), ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities
Work independently while being part of a supportive,
- driven team
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of B2B Saa
S sales experience or a background in cybersecurity consulting
At least 2 years of experience in enterprise sales cycles —you understand how to navigate complex deals
Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch —you can generate and nurture leads
A hunter mindset , driven by results and the ability to handle sales metrics effectively
Passion for outbound sales , with experience selling through multiple channels
Strong negotiation and closing skills , with a track record of exceeding targets
Native-level skills in German and fluent in English is required.
