Join a Global Finance Team as a Accounting Business Partner for German Speaking Markets!

Are you ready to take your accounting expertise to the next level in an international environment? We’re looking for a Accounting Business Partner to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team.

What You’ll Do:

● Main point of contact, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust and work on all different processes with stakeholders to improve the cooperation on both SSC and Country Partners;
● Identify, analyse and resolve issues in order to improve business KPIs and SLA;
● Anticipate Country Partner’s needs, and identify support and follow up new business/migration opportunities;
● Address any inquiries from the country to ensure SSC internal compliance;
● Get specific information regarding daily operations within SSC Teams and keep Country Partners updated in case of any relevant impact in the daily activities that can cause delay in the regular and normal daily performance;
● Influence the processes impacting the business relationships, to come up with new solutions which would be beneficial both to the SSC and to the Country Partners;
● Regularly interact with internal SSC stakeholders to resolve issues, understand the
root-causes and propose improvements;
● Supervise month-end closing activities across SSC departments involved in the closing to anticipate the escalation and resolution of any delays and/or issues;
● PL & BS analysis and actively participation on the closing discussions with the country finance team;
● Coordination of Internal & External Audit campaigns. Owner of the action plan for what relates to SSC internal control and audit points.

Key Skills to have:

● Graduated in Accounting or Finance Management areas;
● Experience over 3 to 5 years in accounting;
● Accounting & Finance background, shared service experience prefered;
● SAP Knowledge;
● Ability to quickly become a proficient user of Oracle Financial Applications;
● Knowledge of International Accounting Standards;
● Good communication skills;
● Language skills: English & German
