Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with billing, contract details and product information
• Provide clear solutions and accurate information
• Ensure professional representation of the brand
• Deliver a positive customer experience

Your Profile

• Fluent German (C1)
• Good English (B2)
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
• Confident working with digital tools
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit
